Easter Dinner

We had Easter dinner at Grandma Chris' house.  I refilled all the eggs that the kids got yesterday (with much better candy!) and let the kids and their cousins have a more challenging hunt.  It was fun!

And then after dinner we went on a little walk up a nearby canyon to enjoy the beautiful day!

Easter Morning

I love Easter!  What a wonderful day to celebrate our Savior.

And the kids enjoyed doing a little Easter egg scavenger hunt around the house after church to find their little Easter baskets.

This year we dyed our Easter Eggs with the Achievement Day girls.  

We did lots of different styles and had a great time!

Those sneaky Leprechaun's somehow managed to turn our milk and our pancakes green!!  They also left a little trail of notes for the kids to follow which lead them to some of their treasure (pennies).  Eric set up a trap and although he didn't manage to catch a Leprechaun he did score a nickel!!

And we had Grandma Chris over for a birthday dinner tonight and made her red velvet cake since it's her favorite and somehow, those sneaky guys also managed to change the frosting in the middle of the cake green as well.  How do they do that?
