Kyle's Preschool Graduation

West Jordan always goes over the top on their preschool graduation! Thanks to Grandma Chris, Grandpa Clark, Lizzy, Jenny, Owen & Emma and Emily for joining us for the big shibang!!

Next stop ... Kindergarten!!

Kyle's first day of Preschool

Kyle has been waiting for this day for so long!!  Last night he laid out all his clothes and was so excited to start preschool "tomorrow".  He did have some trouble this morning because he thought preschool was supposed to start "tomorrow" but now it's "today".  He has a bit of trouble with the concept of "tomorrow". :)

 

My third and final Jr. Jag.  I can't believe it.  My baby is going to school and he looks so grown up.  Crazy!!

He had so much fun!!  Nothing like the first day of preschool and the first homework papers.  Kyle couldn't get to them fast enough!!

First Day of School

Today was the boys first day of school!  They have had a very fun summer but were also very ready and excited to start back to school.

Eric is in 2nd grade this year and has Mrs. Eldredge.  He is very excited to go to school, to see his friends and to wear his new school shoes!!

Brandon is in 4th grade this year and has Mrs. Wightman.  He is very excited to go to school, to finally have his best friend Jace in his class as well as his friend Braeden and to get back to learning!

 

As is tradition, we stopped off at Dunford Bakers for doughnuts on our way to school with our best friends the Danielson's.

 I am very glad that my kids LOVE school and are excited to go back and to learn.  Have fun guys!!!

School's Out For Summer

The boys have been singing that song for days in anticipation for today!!  Finally they made it to the last day of school and the start of summer.  They were very excited to go to school today and have their pals sign their Fun Run shirts.  Such fun ... I remember those days.

I picked them up from school and took Eric over to a Welcome to Summer party at a classmates house.  Then I brought Brandon and his friends Jace and David back to our house for a little end of school party as well that Rachel and I put on for the kids.

We had pizza and a bunch of junk food and drinks that they normally wouldn't get.  And they got to play in the water in the backyard and just had a ton of fun!!

Kyle of course loved the party and once I picked Eric up from his classmates party he joined in the fun too.

First Day of School

Today was Brandon & Eric's first day of school!!
Eric is starting 1st grade and so excited to go to school for the whole day! He was most happy about 2 recesses and his first lunch at school!


Brandon is starting 3rd grade ... man they grow up so fast.

Eric's first day of Kindergarten

There is NOTHING cuter then a 5 year old SO excited about his first day of Kindergarten! Eric has been waiting for this day forever!!

Dave went into work late this morning so he could go with us to take Eric to his first day of school. Eric thought that was pretty awesome!

See ... nothing cuter!! He loved his first day and came out beaming!!!
