Let me just say, I will take a rainy weekend at the cabin over a 100 degree weekend at home any day of the week. We did find this weekend that every time we went to go on a 4-wheel ride, we ended up getting chased home by the rain. But it was still a lot of fun. It was like spring up there and just beautiful. The mosquitos are always a bit of a drag but we love it none-the-less!
Kyle has DEFINITELY found some personality! He wanted to hike ... without anyone holding him ... without anyone holding his hands ... and without anyone trying to steer him in any particular direction!
And then he had to stop to check out anything interesting he found. He would smack the trees to see what they would do. He would taste the leaves to learn more about them. He would pick the flowers. He was a crack up!
Yes ... haircuts are on the agenda for this week!
